• Burn on a stable, heat-safe surface away from drafts and flammable materials.
• Keep in sight, away from children and pets.
• During use, the container may become hot. Allow to cool before handling.
• Do not burn for more than 3 hours at a time.
• On the first light, let the wax melt all the way to the edges.
• Trim wick to 1/4" before each lighting.
• Discontinue use when 1/4" of wax remains.

• We offer free shipping over CAD 130 or USD 100.
• Shipping - We process orders within 1-3 business days.
• Shipping times are between 1-5 business days in Canada and 5-7 business days in the USA depending on the carrier.
• Exchanges & Returns - We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Email info@ollieandco.ca to start a return and we’ll send you a prepaid label. If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order confirmation and we’ll make it right.
• If you have received the wrong product, or if there was a mistake with your order, please contact us within 14 days of your package being delivered.
